Product Return Policy

Return Period: Customers can return the product within 30 days of purchase only if the product is factory defective, the delivered product is completely different from the original (e.g., a different product was shipped by mistake), and if the product is not part of any promotions or discount sales (e.g., 1%-99% OFF or clearance sales).

Return Conditions: The product must be in original condition, returned in the original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.

Return Procedure: To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at contact.nexisgears@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, providing photos and video recordings of the product. Otherwise, the return will not be possible. After reviewing the request, detailed instructions and a return label will be provided. Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer, depending on the case.

Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The refund process may take 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Products: Customized products and items sold during promotions or sales are not eligible for return, except if the product is factory defective in the original packaging or completely different from the original (due to an error). In this case, please contact us immediately at contact.nexisgears@yahoo.com, providing photos and video of the product, within 24 hours of receiving the package. Failure to comply with this timeframe will make it impossible to accept the return.
