Missed Delivery and Return Policy

If the customer is unavailable to receive the package and the courier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be stored by the courier company for a limited period (usually 7 days). After this period, the package will be returned to the sender.

NexisGears Store Policy for Such Situations:

  • Responsibility for the Package: Once the package is returned to the sender, NexisGears is not responsible for its condition or location.
  • Additional Costs: All costs incurred for storage, return, or re-shipping will be fully covered by the customer.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are not possible as return, storage, and other additional fees will be deducted from the product's payment.
  • Customer Responsibility: NexisGears reserves the right to consider the sale finalized upon the package's return, transferring full responsibility to the customer for resuming the delivery process.

To avoid unpleasant delivery issues, please provide complete and accurate delivery address details and promptly respond to notifications from the courier company (using the tracking number sent to your email once the order has been successfully processed).

If you anticipate being unavailable during the estimated delivery period, we recommend specifying a secure location for package storage. This can be done either when placing your order on our website via a dedicated field or by responding to messages from the courier with the necessary instructions.
